Why are more than 60% rich people in China sub-healthy?

According to the "20 17 Hurun Wealth Report" recently released by Hurun Research Institute, one in every 34 people in Hong Kong is a multi-millionaire. In Beijing, one in every 83 people is a multimillionaire. In Shanghai, one in every 105 people is a multimillionaire. In Shenzhen, there is a multi-millionaire in every 170 people.

A more surprising set of data is that in Hong Kong, 1 of every 600 people are billionaires; Followed by Taipei, Beijing and Shanghai, 1200- 1600 people are billionaires. Therefore, rich people are really everywhere.

In addition, the survey shows that in 20 17 years, the rich want health most, followed by family life, time, learning opportunities and material wealth.

However, according to the "20 17 White Paper on Health Index of High Net Worth People in China" jointly released by Hurun Research Institute and AVIC Health Fashion Group on September 15, 80% of high net worth people think that their health management effect is not significant, mainly because it is too intense. Secondly, there is less self-awareness, which requires professional guidance and irregular health management time.

People in their forties are most dissatisfied with their health.

The above white paper shows that the overall satisfaction of the rich with health is 7.85 points, and the overall satisfaction with physical health (7.4 points) is significantly lower than the overall satisfaction with mental health (8 points). Among the eight sub-indicators, the highest satisfaction is self-improvement with a score of 8.03, and the lowest satisfaction is sports health with a score of 7.73.

Compared with the male rich, the female rich are more satisfied with their health. From the age structure, the health satisfaction of the main high-net-worth people in their forties (7.8 points) is the worst, and the health satisfaction of the high-net-worth people aged 25-30 (7.97 points) is the highest. Interestingly, the survey also found that single rich people are more satisfied with their health than married rich people.

From the perspective of urban and regional segmentation, the health index of high-net-worth people in first-tier cities is not as good as that in other cities. Economically developed areas including East China, North China and South China occupy a relatively high position in the health index because of their comparative advantages in health facilities and medical resources. In other areas, there is a more obvious phenomenon of "two-level differentiation". The high-net-worth population in the northwest is the highest in this health index ranking, with a score of 8.09.

Note: The score of each single indicator in the figure is "satisfaction of this item", with the highest score of 10. The higher the score, the more satisfied.

Over 60% of the rich have "sub-health" symptoms.

The survey also shows that 6 1% of the rich have "sub-health" symptoms. However, the rich are not satisfied with the company's physical examination. 40% of the respondents chose to combine the company physical examination with the self-funded physical examination. More than half of the high-net-worth people over 5 1 year-old would rather have a physical examination at their own expense. Among them, genetic testing has become the most popular option among self-funded physical examination products.

It is worth noting that 83% of the rich people said that they had obvious sleep problems. Shallow sleep and difficulty in falling asleep after waking up at night are their most common sleep troubles, accounting for more than 30%, followed by insomnia and dreaminess, accounting for 23% respectively.
