Match vegetarian food according to 1: 1 every day, and strive to achieve four dishes and one soup for each meal (noon and evening). The daily diet is full in the morning, good at noon and less at night.

Exercise? A moderate amount is enough. Walk or stand with your back against the wall (9: 1).

Mentality is very important. Don't think that you are in poor health and that you will get what you want, so you think that you are in good health! Don't worry about anything, keep a peaceful mind! Try to be optimistic at all times.
