Is there a completely healthy person?
Health means that people's physiological functions are normal, without defects and diseases. In fact, it is impossible to be a completely healthy person. Why? Because, after all, the human body is an organism that has evolved over millions of years. Although some organs have evolved for a long time and have strong ability to adapt to the environment, they still have shortcomings as organisms. With the growth of people's age, its function is weakening year by year, allowing bacteria to invade. The human body will have diseases more or less, but the degree is different. The main reason is that there are too many bacteria in the environment around the human body to be counted. Air, water, soil and household appliances are all places where bacteria live. Through people's own efforts, some people can be basically healthy for a lifetime.
