Legal subjectivity:

The crime of violating citizens' personal rights and democratic rights is a crime stipulated in China's criminal law, which refers to the illegal violation of citizens' personal rights and democratic rights. Crimes against citizens' personal rights and democratic rights mainly include intentional homicide, negligent death, intentional injury and organizing the sale of human organs.

Article 990 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) is the right to life, body, health, name, portrait, reputation, honor and privacy enjoyed by civil subjects. In addition to the personality rights stipulated in the preceding paragraph, natural persons enjoy other personality rights based on personal freedom and personal dignity.
