Which would you choose, eating delicious junk food or eating healthy food with average taste?

For this problem, if I choose between the two, I will choose delicious junk food, because it is no problem to eat it in moderation, but I think it is a wonderful enjoyment of life. If I can choose more than one, I will eat both delicious junk food and healthy food with average taste. Why? First, picky eaters are a bad eating habit. It is best to eat all kinds of food. Only when the food is diversified can we have a balanced diet, sufficient nutrition and promote physical strength. Second, delicious junk food can stimulate appetite and enhance immunity.

As long as you eat in moderation, it is no problem to master the degree. Even if healthy food tastes good, you shouldn't eat too much, otherwise it will be useless to your health. The third is to advocate a reasonable diet and oppose the willfulness of diet. Long-term willfulness in diet, eating only what you like, eating only delicious food, eating only a single food, or overeating, overeating and eating willfully, over time, is harmful to your health.

This is a problem that many people struggle with. It is inevitable that they can't live without eating every day. If I choose healthy food with average taste, there are several reasons:

1. The so-called junk food labels are heavy oil, high-temperature processing and various additives, some of which exceed the standard, and even cause cancer if eaten too much.

People often say that illness comes from the mouth. If you want to have a healthy body, you must control your mouth and eat some healthy food (green food increases protein).

3. Nowadays, with the fast pace of society and great pressure, many workers (including myself) have already lived a sub-healthy life. If you still eat some junk food, your health is prone to problems. I think nothing is more important than your health. Stay away from junk food for the happiness of yourself and your family.

If you answer from a rational point of view, most people will definitely choose healthy food with average taste, but from the point of view of self-likes and dislikes, this may not be the case.

For example, although ice cream is delicious, it can not only raise blood sugar, but also be a cold drink, which is harmful to our stomach and can be said to be bad for our health. But because it tastes good, it is still very popular with people, especially young people.

Only at a certain age, feeling healthy becomes our urgent need, or health is threatened, such as hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia, will taste be sacrificed for health.
