Pay attention to a balanced diet when the liver is not good.

Nutrients ingested by the human body must be processed by the liver. If it is too much, it will increase the burden on the liver and cause liver lesions. Therefore, people with poor liver should pay attention to a balanced diet and don't overeat or be hungry. Drink plenty of water at ordinary times to promote blood circulation and help the digestion of the liver.

If your liver is not good, eat more vegetables and fruits.

Except for fruits and crude fiber vegetables with too strong sour taste, vegetables and fruits can be well absorbed and digested by the liver, which is beneficial to the recovery of fatty liver.

If the liver is not good, you should eat more protein food.

Protein is an essential life substance for human body, and a large amount of protein is needed for liver repair. At the same time, protein is the raw material of human immune substances. Eating more protein substances can reduce the possibility of chronic hepatitis.

There are two kinds of foods containing vegetable oil:

One contains oil and can be processed into vegetable oil, such as soybean, peanut, walnut, corn, olive, rape, etc.

The other is processed food, in which vegetable oil is needed or added, such as dishes, fried foods, moon cakes, biscuits and so on.
