The influence of food on human health

Food is the basic substance for human survival and health. When food is polluted or too much or too little nutrients are ingested, it will directly endanger human health.

(1) Contaminated food: It can cause food poisoning, such as chemical poisoning, bacterial poisoning, animal and plant poisoning and their toxins. Long-term contact with contaminated food can cause chronic harm, carcinogenesis, teratogenesis and mutation. For example, food contaminated by aflatoxin can cause liver sensation.

Many foods in our daily life contain food additives. Food additives refer to natural substances that are chemically synthesized in food to improve the color, aroma and taste of food and meet the needs of preservation and processing technology. Commonly used food additives are as follows:
