In today's universities, the school canteen is a place where college students have three meals a day and every student must go. The quality of the canteen affects the life, study and health of college students. The canteen is not only one of the school's hardware facilities, but also an important part of school management. Nine, data analysis

1. Satisfied with our canteen.

Our students are basically satisfied with our canteen. From the conclusion of the questionnaire, 4.4% students are very satisfied with the canteen, 24.5% students are satisfied with the canteen, 32% students are satisfied with the canteen, 17.6% students are dissatisfied with the canteen, and 14.6% students are very poor with the canteen, with 2.5%. The data shows that students are generally satisfied with the canteen, and all aspects of the canteen still need to be improved.

2. Satisfaction with the hygiene of our canteen.

The students in our school are very satisfied with the hygiene of our canteen. From the conclusion of the questionnaire, 1.9% of the students are very satisfied with the canteen hygiene, 9.3% are satisfied with the canteen hygiene, 46% are satisfied with the canteen hygiene, and 42.8% are dissatisfied with the canteen hygiene. Judging from the data, schools should strengthen the hygiene of canteens to ensure the healthy diet of teachers and students. For example, 18.9% students often find bugs in meals, and 59.8% students occasionally find bugs in meals, which seriously affects the health of teachers and students.

3. When swiping the card, 35.5% of the students are often or occasionally overcharged, while 19.3% of the students usually choose to submit to humiliation when they are infringed, but 18.6% of the students will ask the canteen owner for help, and 42.2% will ask the staff of the rights and interests department for help. So, what made some students choose to submit to humiliation? 3 1. 1% students think it is difficult to report, 27.3% students think the procedure is complicated, and 3 1.7% students think it is a waste of time and energy. It can be seen that students lack a certain awareness of rights protection, and schools should take relative measures to strengthen canteen management and improve students' awareness of rights protection.

X. Investigation experience

Through the analysis of this questionnaire, we think that the school canteen is ok, but there are still problems in hygiene, food, vegetable price, attitude and order. In view of these problems, we give some suggestions:

1, canteen staff should strictly abide by hygiene standards to further improve the hygiene and quality of canteen meals. Those who do not wear disposable gloves or wash their hands when cooking can touch food, and it is forbidden to scratch their hair when cooking.

2. Suggestions for canteen meals are as follows:

First, the selection of materials in the canteen is better, there is no spoiled food, and inferior seasonings are not used.

Second, try to keep the price of vegetables stable and benefit students. Publish the market price of raw materials and the price of dishes on the wall every day for students to compare. The dishes are divided into three grades: high school and low school, which ensures the supply of low-priced dishes and gives students more choices.

Third, rice and vegetables must be cleaned. Keep the dining environment clean and tidy, maintain high-quality service attitude, and thoroughly clean up dead corners.

Fourth, enrich the variety of dishes, and strive to make students with different tastes have different choices.

Five, food insulation and food safety: the weather is getting colder and colder, we must do a good job of food insulation to ensure that the students behind can eat hot meals. Do not sell overnight meals, do a good job of disinfection and fly prevention of tableware.

Sixth, strengthen employee service attitude training.

3. College students should improve their self-cultivation and develop good hygiene habits;

College students should form the habit of consciously queuing, which not only reflects the quality of a college student, but also is a basic social etiquette. It is suggested that the Rights and Interests Department send more staff in the canteen to urge and remind students to queue up for a week or two, and the school canteen can also post some tips such as please queue up consciously to improve the dining order in the canteen.

4. Schools should strengthen supervision:

It is suggested that schools conduct regular or irregular inspections and spot checks on canteens, set up complaint mailboxes, and pay close attention to the hygiene and food quality of canteens.

5. Cultivate students' good eating habits and improve their eating quality;

Many students skip breakfast or go on a diet to lose weight. In order to make students have a healthier body, schools should strengthen the propaganda of healthy diet and improve the quality of students' diet.

2. Questionnaire survey report

The central bank recently released the "Report on Questionnaire Survey of Urban Depositors in the Fourth Quarter of XX". The report shows that the proportion of residents who are ready to buy a house in the next three months is 14.7%, an increase of 0.9 percentage points over the previous quarter. The analysis believes that this shows that a series of policies in the past XX years have stimulated the property market. House prices are running at a high level, and the differentiation of cities in each line is obvious.

It is reported that the questionnaire survey of urban depositors in the fourth quarter of XX is a questionnaire survey conducted by the central bank on 20,000 urban depositors in 50 cities across the country.

The report shows that there are still 52.0% residents who think that the current house price is unacceptable, an increase of 2.4 percentage points over the previous quarter; However, 44.2% of the residents think the current house price is acceptable, and 3.8% of the residents think it is satisfactory.

For the next quarter, 18.4% residents expect to increase, 52.7% residents expect to remain basically unchanged, 15.2% residents expect to decrease, and 13.7% residents are uncertain. The proportion of residents who are ready to buy a house in the next three months is 14.7%, up 0.9 percentage points from last quarter.

According to the data released by the Bureau of Statistics, in June, among 70 cities in China, 165438+ 10, house prices rose in 33 cities. In this survey, more than half of the residents believe that high housing prices are also related to the rising trend of housing prices in their cities.

Vertically, in the four depositor surveys during the year, the proportion of high housing prices was 5 1.9% in the first quarter, 5 1.5% in the second quarter, 49.7% in the third quarter and 52% in the fourth quarter. Zhang Dawei, chief analyst of Zhongyuan Real Estate, said that this reflected the high operation of overall housing prices.

According to Zhang Dawei's analysis, in the third quarter, 18.7% residents thought that the house price would rise in the next quarter, and in the fourth quarter, the proportion of expected house price increase was 18.4%, while the proportion of ready-to-buy houses increased in the future, which indicated that the series of policies in XX stimulated the property market and made the proportion of housing demand in some cities increase.

Zhang Dawei said that judging from the current market base, the differentiation trend of real estate development is very obvious: the policy of not overweight in first-and second-tier cities has been very active, and the first-tier cities represented by Shenzhen have been crazy. Third-and fourth-tier cities are mired in quagmire.

Future housing prices may be aggravated by policies.

The Central Economic Work Conference held recently emphasized that the real estate industry should focus on inventory, and stabilizing the housing market has once again become the focus of the central economic work. In addition, the central government clearly stated that real estate developers should be encouraged to reduce prices as appropriate.

Zhang Dawei believes that the pillar role of the real estate industry has been strengthened again in the current situation of slowing economic growth and facing transformation. The sluggish external demand makes the export growth weak, and the investment and consumption of the other two troikas that drive the economy will play a greater role. However, the contribution of the real estate market to investment and consumption growth can not be ignored, so housing consumption will be fully encouraged by the policy.

Combined with the results of this survey, Yan Yuejin, research director of think tank center of Yiju Real Estate Research Institute, believes that future house prices will be the same as now. On the one hand, house prices have risen too fast recently, and there will be a short-term flat trend to some extent. For housing enterprises, they will not blindly raise prices under the guidance of active destocking, and basically operate at such a price level. On the other hand, the Central Economic Work Conference mentioned the practice of encouraging housing enterprises to reduce prices, which actually gave market participants a signal that some properties still have the possibility of continuing to reduce prices or keeping prices flat.
