Is dark skin healthy?

It is often said that people with dark skin are healthier, which is one-sided. If people are born black and their skin is born black, it is determined by genetic factors. Just like Africans, dark skin does not necessarily mean that everyone is healthy. They will also experience birth, illness and death. Like white people and yellow people, when encountering external resistance, the body will make corresponding resistance or changes, and even lesions will appear in some places. What if it's someone who gets tanned the day after tomorrow? I can only say that your exposure to too much solar radiation has changed the structure of your skin, making it look darker than other people with the same skin color. But in this case, if there is a problem somewhere in your body, you can find it in time. In a sense, dark skin is healthy.

When I was in college, a female classmate in our class had a little dark skin. As soon as it is hot in summer, she likes to wear pants. We always make fun of her. Why, she is wearing black socks today! Hee hee ... it's actually a joke! When it comes to health, only our roommate knows, although for her skin, the advantage of black is that there will be no acne on her face, and the skin as a whole looks smooth without some potholes. Besides, look at her drawers and piles of medicine boxes. We won't feel healthy if she is black. Those drugs are all calcium supplements to enhance immunity.

Of course, I believe that exercise can make people healthy. If your skin turns black because of exercise, I agree with you. Otherwise, it will make people feel suspicious and not worthy of recognition.
