The knowledge test of the 2022 Spring College Entrance Examination in Shandong Province will be held from June 18 to June 19. In order to ensure the safety and smoothness of the examination, we would like to remind you of the following related matters:
First, prepare for the exam in advance
(1) Bring the examination certificate. Candidates must show their admission ticket and valid identity documents. Electronic identity will not be used as a valid proof of the entrance examination. The health management information collection form must be submitted for the first examination, and the paper proof that the nucleic acid test is negative twice within 48 hours (after 8:00 June 16) and within 24 hours (after 8:00 June/7) before the examination (if the epidemic prevention and control requirements change, the latest requirements shall be implemented).
(2) Print the admission ticket in time. Candidates are requested to log in to the general college entrance examination information platform of Shandong Education Admissions Examination Institute at the specified time and print the admission ticket themselves. The printing time is: June1March-June 17 from 9: 00 to 20: 00 every day, and June1August-June 19 from 7: 00 to 20: 00 every day. Please carefully check your personal information, accurately grasp the test time and address information of the test center, carefully read the Instructions for Candidates, and strictly abide by the test requirements.
(3) Make a good plan to take the exam. Candidates are requested to familiarize themselves with the location of the test center in advance before the exam, arrange transportation reasonably and plan the itinerary, and start as soon as possible. There will be "two security checks" at the entrance of the closed area and the entrance of the examination room for each test center in this exam. Candidates should consciously cooperate with the inspection and leave enough time for admission health check, identity verification and security check. It is recommended to arrive at the test center at least 45 minutes in advance.
(4) Prepare enough test equipment. Candidates can only enter the examination room with the required documents and the examination equipment indicated on the admission ticket. It is strictly forbidden to carry mobile phones, watches, electronic storage and memory recording and playback equipment, transceiver equipment, schoolbags, study materials, correction fluid, correction tape and other wireless communication tools and other items. Candidates are advised not to bring irrelevant items such as mobile phones to the test center. If so, please put them outside the closed area of the test center.
Second, consciously abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention and control
At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19 is severe and complicated. Candidates are requested to return to the registration place of the spring college entrance examination before June 4th (before the exam 14 days) according to the local epidemic prevention and control requirements, and do a good job of self-protection to ensure that they can take the exam smoothly as scheduled.
(a) to apply for "Shandong electronic health password". Please apply for "Shandong Electronic Health Pass Code" in advance (you can apply through WeChat official account "Health Shandong Service Number", Love Shandong APP, Alipay "Electronic Health Pass Card" and other channels). Candidates from other provinces who come to Shandong should fill in the Declaration Form for Coming to Shandong in the electronic health code interface. Our college will conduct unified online verification before the exam, and there is no need to show it to the test center when entering the exam.
(2) Minimize cross-regional flows. The day before the 14 exam, candidates should try not to leave the test center. Foreign candidates must return to the place where they applied for the spring college entrance examination before June 4, take the initiative to declare their residence history to the local enrollment examination institutions, and make preparations according to the local epidemic prevention and control requirements.
(three) to carry out personal health monitoring. Candidates are requested to take temperature measurement, record and monitor their health status every day from 14 days before the test, and truthfully fill in the health management information collection form (see annex 1), and hand it in when they enter the test center to take the first test.
(four) according to the provisions of nucleic acid detection. All candidates are required to submit two paper certificates of negative nucleic acid test before the first exam (the results will be given after 8:00 on June 16) and within 24 hours before the exam (the results will be given after 8:00 on June 17). Candidates are required to carry out nucleic acid testing within the specified time, and candidates returning from other places must also implement the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in our province and in China.
(5) measure the temperature. On the day of the exam, candidates must have their body temperature measured when they enter the test center. If the temperature is ≥37.3℃, they will be retested. If the temperature is still ≥37.3℃ after the second interview, it shall be handled according to the emergency disposal procedures of the test center. Please cooperate with the test center staff.
(6) Do a good job in personal protection. In order to ensure the health and safety of personnel, candidates are requested to reduce the number of accompanying personnel and wear disposable medical masks to enter the test sites and examination rooms, but their identification shall not be affected by wearing masks. Please queue up for admission and departure in an orderly manner according to the arrangement of the test center staff, and keep a safe distance from others. After entering the examination room, candidates in low-risk areas can decide whether to wear masks or not, and encourage them to wear masks throughout the examination; Candidates in non-low-risk areas and spare isolation examination rooms must wear masks in a standardized manner throughout the whole process.
(7) Please contact in time under special circumstances. According to the deployment of epidemic prevention and control work in our province, under the following circumstances, it needs to be evaluated by the health and health departments, disease control departments and medical institutions, incorporated into the epidemic prevention and control system where the testing center is located, and necessary isolation protection and health monitoring measures are taken. Please contact the county (city, district) admissions examination institution where the spring college entrance examination is registered before the exam to explain the situation (see Annex 2 for contact information):
Cure confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons discharged from hospital (health examination report within 7 days before examination is required); People who have lived in key epidemic areas with moderate or high risk and left these areas for less than 265,438+0 days; An epidemic occurred within 2 1 day in the residential area; Have an overseas life history and have been in China for a total of 14 days but less than 28 days; Have fever, cough and other symptoms within 0/4 days before the exam/kloc-; Those who return to Shandong from local epidemic provinces within 2 1 day before the exam to take the exam; Other general contacts who are still in the period of home health monitoring (people who overlap with the space-time trajectory of infected people), people who accompany them at the same time and people who are in closed management areas (including closed control areas, control areas and prevention areas).
(eight) cross regional (including cross city, inter province) candidates to take the exam. Must be prepared for the exam in accordance with the following epidemic prevention requirements:
1. Candidates for inter-city examinations in the province must take the test with negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before departure, and take the test with two negative paper certificates within 48 hours and 24 hours before the test after arriving at the test center.
2. People who enter and return to Shandong in counties (cities, districts) where low-risk areas are located outside the province must arrive at the testing center in advance, and conduct 1 nucleic acid testing within 48 hours before departure, and conduct 1 nucleic acid testing on the third day after arrival. After completing the above health monitoring requirements, you will conduct two tests with a paper certificate with negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours and 24 hours before the test.
3. Those who enter and return to Shandong in the counties (cities, districts) where the medium-risk areas outside the province are located must report to the local inspection agency in advance, and conduct 1 nucleic acid testing within 48 hours before departure, and conduct home health monitoring for 7 days after arrival, and conduct 1 nucleic acid testing on 1 day, 3 days and 7 days respectively. After completing the above health monitoring requirements, take part in the test twice in the standby isolation examination room with the paper certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours and 24 hours before the test.
4. Persons who enter and return to Shandong in counties (cities, districts) where high-risk areas are located outside the province must report to the local examination institutions in advance, arrive at the examination place 14 days in advance, conduct 1 nucleic acid testing within 48 hours before departure, and conduct centralized isolation and home health monitoring for 7 days after arrival. After completing the above health monitoring requirements, take part in the test twice in the standby isolation examination room with the paper certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours and 24 hours before the test.
5. Candidates who return to Shandong in key areas must report to the local examination institution in advance, arrive at the examination place 14 days in advance, and conduct 1 nucleic acid testing within 48 hours before departure, and conduct centralized isolation and home health monitoring for 7 days after arrival. During the period of centralized isolation, 1 nucleic acid detection was performed every day, and 1 nucleic acid detection was performed on the 3rd, 5th and 7th days of family health monitoring. After completing the above health monitoring requirements, take part in the test twice in the standby isolation examination room with the paper certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours and 24 hours before the test.
6. The health management of candidates returning to Shandong from outside the province should be included in the epidemic prevention and control system at the place where the test center is located. For other epidemic risk areas that have not yet announced the medium and high risk areas but have more newly infected people in the near future and have the risk of community transmission, refer to the counties (cities, districts) where the medium and high risk areas are located.
If there is any change in the above epidemic prevention and control requirements, please follow the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control department where the examination is located, and ask candidates to strictly implement the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements in our province and in China.
Third, consciously abide by the examination discipline
(1) Observe the examination time. According to the management regulations of the spring college entrance examination, late candidates are not allowed to enter the test center after the exam begins, and they are not allowed to leave early before the exam ends. Candidates are requested to keep in mind the test time, plan and arrange reasonably, arrive at the test center in advance, and leave enough time for temperature measurement and admission inspection. In order to ensure safety, candidates should not stay or gather around the closed area after arriving at the test center, and should enter the venue in an orderly manner as soon as possible.
(2) Integrity discipline inspection. Candidates are requested not to bring mobile phones and other wireless communication tools, watches, electronic storage and memory recording and playback equipment, transceiver equipment, schoolbags, study materials, correction fluid, correction tape and other items into the closed area. It should be noted that during the examination, candidates carrying devices with the function of sending or receiving information, such as mobile phones, will be regarded as cheating in the examination whether they use them or not. The full coverage of the examination room for the spring college entrance examination, the whole monitoring video, the monitoring video and the later video playback will all be used as the basis for determining the violation of the examination. Test questions, answer sheets, draft paper, etc. They are all exam-related materials and are not allowed to take photos or take them out of the examination room in any form.
(3) hell to pay for cheating in violation of discipline. The college entrance examination in spring is an important part of the college entrance examination, and laws and regulations such as the Measures for Handling Disciplinary Violations in National Education Examinations and the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (Amendment 9) have severely punished cheating in examinations. If the consequences of cheating in the exam are serious, it will lead to invalid scores in all subjects, and will also be included in the scope of public credit information and recorded in the integrity files of candidates in the national education examination; Anyone suspected of organizing cheating, disseminating answers to test questions and other crimes will be transferred to judicial organs for serious criminal responsibility. In order to avoid future study, work and life being affected, please strictly abide by the examination discipline, and don't take any chances, one short step will make a lasting regret.
Fourth, beware of being deceived.
In society, criminals and cheating gangs often cheat candidates through various means.
