3. After entering the community filing interface, click on the personal area to select filing.
4. After jumping to the registration page, click the button below that I want to register.
5. After entering the information interface, fill in the relevant information and click the submit button below.
6. If you need to help others report, click the Help Others Report button to fill in the information submission.
