Do I need a physical examination to apply for a health certificate?

Legal subjectivity:

1, there is a health certificate to prove that you have had a physical examination. As long as it doesn't expire, but some companies have fixed-point physical examination, so if it is a fixed-point physical examination company, your health certificate will not be processed at their fixed-point place, or it will have to be re-processed. 2. Article 16 of the Administrative Measures for Preventive Health Examination stipulates that the contents of preventive health examination are as follows: (1) Food and drinking water producers, cosmetics producers and people who directly serve customers in public places mainly check viral hepatitis A, viral hepatitis E, dysentery, typhoid fever, active tuberculosis, skin diseases and other diseases. (2) Occupational contraindications, occupational diseases and occupational diseases are mainly checked for hazardous workers and radiation workers. (three) mainly check the growth and development of students, health status and common diseases, infectious diseases and endemic diseases. (four) the relevant health laws and regulations have other provisions on the contents of preventive health examination, which shall be implemented in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. (five) according to the actual situation, if the specific items of preventive health examination really need to be increased or decreased, it must be reported to the health administrative department of the government of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government for approval before it can be carried out.
