This system is applicable to the occupational health management of the company's workshops, departments and cooperative joint ventures.

3. 1 Occupational hazards: refer to various hazards that may cause occupational diseases to workers engaged in occupational activities. Occupational hazard factors include: all kinds of harmful chemical, physical and biological factors existing in occupational activities and other harmful factors produced in the process of operation.

3.2 Occupational disease: refers to the diseases caused by the workers of the employing unit being exposed to dust, radioactive substances and other toxic and harmful substances in their professional activities, which are listed in the catalogue of occupational diseases published by the state.

6 occupational hazard declaration system

6. 1 According to the occupational hazards existing in the company, the security department should report to the higher authorities in a timely and truthful manner and accept supervision.

7.2 Provisions on Dust, Poison and Noise Places

7.3 Occupational protection (dustproof, antivirus and noise prevention)

The whole process of health pre-evaluation includes health review in feasibility study stage, preliminary design stage and construction design stage, health supervision and inspection in construction process, and monitoring and evaluation of health protection facilities in completion acceptance and completion acceptance.

7.3. 1.4 Operators who enter toxic and harmful posts must be educated in anti-virus knowledge in advance, master the knowledge of toxicity of toxic substances, first aid and mutual rescue of poisoning, use of protective equipment, etc., and can only work at their posts after passing the examination.

7.3.2 Production Process Control

7.3.2. 1 The production process of toxic and harmful substances should adopt closed equipment and isolated operation, use toxic or low-toxic substances instead of highly toxic substances, and innovate the process to realize mechanization, automation and continuity.

7.3.2.3 should strengthen the maintenance of process equipment and pipelines that may produce toxic and harmful substances, and carry out regular maintenance to keep the equipment in good condition to prevent leakage.

If 7.3.2.4 changes the raw materials or process flow of products, which may increase the hazards of dust and poisons, reliable preventive measures should be taken and managed according to the requirements of change management.

We must strengthen the maintenance and management of dust-proof and gas-proof facilities in 7.3.2.5 to ensure good and effective operation.

7.3.2.6 should promptly and effectively control workplaces where dust and poisons are seriously harmful and exceed the hygienic standards prescribed by the state. Hazardous workplaces must be equipped with necessary occupational health protection facilities, which should be maintained and overhauled regularly, and the protective effect should be tested regularly to ensure normal use. Do not dismantle or stop using it without authorization.

7.3.2.7 should do a good job in dust prevention, anti-virus and noise prevention, take comprehensive measures to eliminate the hazards of dust, poison and noise, continuously improve working conditions, ensure the safety and health of employees, and prevent occupational diseases.

The packaging of toxic and harmful substances in 7.3.2.8 must meet the safety requirements.

7.3.2.9 provides appropriate and effective personal labor protection articles for employees exposed to harmful factors such as dust, poison and noise, and supervises their use.

7.3.2. 10 Washing facilities should be set up in places with corrosive substances such as acid and alkali or chemical burns.

7.3.3.2 regularly monitors all kinds of occupational hazards in the workplace, and the detection results of all kinds of occupational hazards in the workplace must meet the requirements of relevant national standards.

If employees suspected of occupational diseases need to be reported to occupational prevention institutions in 7.3.3.3 for treatment, the Safety and Security Department and the Human Resources Department shall provide occupational contact history and on-site occupational health status, and go to occupational prevention departments qualified for occupational disease treatment for examination and diagnosis.

7.3.3.4 conducts health surveillance on employees exposed to occupational hazards such as dust and toxic substances, including pre-job health examination, regular on-job occupational health examination, post-job occupational health examination and pre-retirement occupational health examination. Employees who have not undergone occupational health examination shall not engage in operations that are exposed to occupational hazards, and employees with occupational contraindications shall not engage in taboo operations.

When there is an emergency in 7.3.3.5 that endangers the health of employees in the workplace, employees in the workplace should be immediately organized for emergency occupational health examination and corresponding treatment measures should be taken.

In 7.3.3.6, for posts with occupational hazards, corresponding occupational safety and health operating rules should be formulated, and full-time and part-time safety and health management personnel should strictly supervise the post operators to operate according to the rules.

A notice board of toxic and harmful factors should be set up in the eye-catching position of toxic and harmful workplaces in 7.3.3.7, indicating the name of the operation, the name of toxic and harmful factors, the maximum allowable concentration stipulated by the state, the monitoring results and preventive measures.

In addition to reporting the occupational diseases stipulated by the state as required, 7.3.3.8 should immediately report the acute poisoning accident to the superior, and write a written on-site investigation report within the specified time, which should include analysis, conclusion and improvement measures.

7.3.3.9 regularly conducts emergency rescue training and actual combat drills for chemical accidents. In case of acute occupational poisoning accident, on-site rescue shall be conducted according to emergency rescue procedures.

8. Detection system of harmful factors in production and workplace.

8.2 The health supervision department shall monitor the distribution points of hazard factors determined by the company, and the monitoring frequency shall be once every six months.

8.3 When the detection results of harmful factors in the workplace exceed the standard, the security department and the unit exceeding the standard should immediately analyze the reasons, take effective preventive measures and immediately rectify.

8.4 The security department shall establish enterprise labor hygiene files and keep industrial hygiene monitoring records.
