What aspects should we strive to promote our mental health and personal health?

1, the sensitivity of perception

Just as the body can exercise, so can perception.

2. Flexibility of thinking

Thinking is the core of intelligence. In order to enhance the flexibility of thinking, we must fully develop our intelligence. Intelligence is an organic combination of stable psychological characteristics to ensure people to effectively carry out cognitive activities.

3. The nobility of emotion and the controllability of emotion.

Emotion and emotion are physiological and psychological feelings caused by people's understanding of objective things and their own interests, which are often expressed through facial expressions (laughing or crying), verbal expressions (praise or abuse) and posture expressions (clinking cups or throwing bowls).

The difference between emotion and emotion: first, the physiology of emotion and the sociality of emotion; Second, emotional priority, emotional backwardness; Thirdly, the clarity and fuzziness of emotion; Fourth, the transience and fierceness of emotions and the persistence and stability of emotions. The relationship between emotion and emotion: emotion is the basis of emotion, and emotion is the sublimation of emotion.

Ways to cultivate noble emotions and resolve bad emotions: First, don't bother yourself. It is better to be ambitious than angry with others. Second, learn to enjoy. "You may not be the most beautiful, but you can be the most lovely; You may not be the smartest, but you can be the most diligent; You may not be the richest, but you can be the most substantial; ..... Third, there is no need to pursue perfection. Admit your shortcomings. Fourth, be good at forgetting troubles. Remember the lessons and forget the troubles. Fifth, don't be a slave to emotions. A child asked his father, "How old do I have to be to do what I want to do?" Father said seriously, "you will never reach that age, because there is no such thing in the world!" " " .

4, the firmness of the will

Will is a psychological process in which people control their behavior in order to achieve a predetermined goal. There are many difficulties in life. Only with firm will can we overcome them and achieve our goals. Some people say: "Don't be afraid of suffering, suffer for a while;" I'm afraid of suffering, I will suffer all my life! "

Will is the decisive factor of success. Will has the dual functions of stimulating and regulating people's cognition: First, it stimulates people's cognitive behavior. Marx's famous saying is: "There is no royal road to science, and only those who are not afraid to climb along steep mountain roads can hope to reach the glorious summit." (The preface to the French version of the first volume of Das Kapital. ) Second, restrain people's cognitive behavior. If you don't do something, you can restrain yourself from exploring problems that are not in the main direction. Watch the phone or the teacher?

Step 5 be optimistic

Personality is a person's stable attitude and habitual behavior towards life. Character belongs to personality characteristics. There are two kinds of personality: ① outgoing and lively personality; 2 introverted and calm. There is no difference between the two personalities. The view that "character determines fate" is wrong. Both introverts and extroverts have successful people.

A good personality is an optimistic attitude towards life. Optimism is a life skill, which can be mastered through hard work (four-step procedure): positive thinking; Strive to become stronger; Clear goals; Praise yourself.

6. Adaptability of temperament

Temperament is a dynamic feature of individual psychological activities. Temperament belongs to personality characteristics. Popular psychologists divide temperament into four types:

(1) bile. Stands for Li Kui jy (Wind and Fire);

② Mucous substance. Representative figure Friar Sand (leisurely);

③ Depression. Representative Lin Daiyu (sentimental and thoughtful);

④ sanguine. Represents Wang Xifeng (exquisite in all directions).

Temperament is closely related to people's physiological characteristics, and there is no difference between good and bad.

Being good at choosing a career or social activity that suits one's temperament is an important manifestation of good psychological quality. "Li Kui jy" should not be an ophthalmologist; "Friar Sand" should not be a fireman; "Lin Daiyu" is suitable as a writer; "Wang Xifeng" is suitable for being a housekeeper.

7, ability to strengthen

Ability is an organic combination of stable physical and mental characteristics to ensure people to successfully carry out practical activities. Ability belongs to personality characteristics.

Ability can be strengthened, and weaker ability can be transformed into stronger ability.

Combining developing intelligence with cultivating ability is the most outstanding performance of good psychological quality.
