How can I get a refund if the online consultation doctor doesn't reply?

1. First contact customer service for help and enter I- Feedback/Complaint-Customer Service Center.

2. Secondly, select the order you want to apply for a refund in the customer service center, enter the reason for applying for a refund, enter the doctor's failure to reply, and click Send.

3. Finally, the system will automatically prompt "1-2 working days", and you can get a refund after waiting patiently.
