Shaanxi Social Public Service Card (Resident Health Card), hereinafter referred to as Resident Health Card, is a business application card based on Shaanxi Social Public Service Card in the health and family planning industry. Following the unified standards and norms of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, Shaanxi Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission and Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology have jointly designed and planned a multi-purpose intelligent IC card which integrates health and family planning business applications, new rural cooperative medical card, medical institution visits, other social services and financial functions, and can be used for personal basic health information storage, resident identification, cross-regional and inter-agency medical treatment and expense settlement in medical and health service activities.
The resident health card has five main functions.
