What is a violation of personal rights?

Legal analysis: illegal violation of citizens' rights such as life, health, personal freedom, reputation, personality, voting and being elected is a violation of personal rights. Anyone who infringes upon a citizen's personal rights must bear civil liability for stopping the infringement, restoring his reputation, eliminating the influence, making an apology and compensating for the losses.

Legal basis: Article 110 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that natural persons have the right to life, body, health, name, portrait, reputation, honor, privacy and marital autonomy. Legal persons and unincorporated organizations enjoy the right of name, reputation and honor.
