First, do a good job in personal health protection for the return trip. Please pay close attention to the epidemic information in various regions of China. According to the relevant epidemic prevention requirements, it is suggested that the personnel in the county where the high-risk area is located should suspend rework and return to their posts. Reasonably plan travel modes and routes, try to travel at wrong peaks and avoid passing through medium and high risk areas. On the way to Shanxi, when taking public transport, you should wear a mask all the way; Pay attention to wearing a mask correctly and don't show your nose. Don't take off your mask when coughing or sneezing. Keep social distance and reduce gathering. Pay attention to hand hygiene. After touching public places, be sure to wash your hands first, or wipe your hands with disinfectant wipes.
Two, timely report to the society and units. If you have a history of living in a high-risk area in China, or have an intersection with the itinerary of notified cases, or have a recent history of living in a county where local positive people are infected, you should take the initiative to report to your community, work unit or hotel in advance, and cooperate with the implementation of health management measures.
Third, take the initiative to do nucleic acid testing. If you have lived in other low-risk areas in the county where the local positive infected person is located or in the city where the middle-high risk area is located within 14 days, you should come to the gold with a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours. If there is no negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, the nucleic acid test should be carried out as soon as possible within 12 hours. It is suggested that/kloc-people who have lived outside the province within 0/4 days should come to Shanxi within 48 hours with a negative certificate of nucleic acid, and do another nucleic acid test within 48 hours after arriving in Shanxi.
Fourth, do a good job in health management. Please do a good job of self-health monitoring 14 days after you arrive in Tianjin, and monitor your body temperature and related symptoms every day; Try to avoid going to crowded places and attending party activities during the period. If you have fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other uncomfortable symptoms, you should immediately report to your community, work unit or hotel, go to the nearby fever clinic in time, and take the initiative to inform the doctor of your living history. Please do personal protection during the treatment and avoid taking public transportation.
