If the agent can't come in person, the client needs to bring a copy of the original ID card and the above materials.
2. The filing card handling personnel shall review the application materials, and sign and seal them after being approved by the deputy in charge.
3. The receiver confirms the signature on the spot and receives the record card.

3, and adapt to the food business of the main equipment and facilities layout, operation process and other documents;
