Second, the reporting conditions
Those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for the exam:
(1) Having a junior college degree or above in medicine and health.
(2) Have a college degree or above in non-medical and health majors, have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 2 years, have been trained by a three-level health manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a certificate of completion.
(3) Having a technical secondary school degree or above in medicine and health, having been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 3 years continuously, having received formal training of standard hours prescribed by the third-level health manager, and having obtained a certificate of completion.
Third, the registration materials
(1) An individual application form for professional skill appraisal of health industry in Shaanxi Province;
(two) the front and back of the candidate's ID card, a copy of the academic certificate, the working years of the unit, the job certificate and other materials;
(3) Recent 2-inch paper photos 1 piece (pasted on the personal application form) and electronic photos 1 piece must be named after the ID number, in JPG format, with the size of15-45kB;
(four) Shaanxi province health industry occupation skill appraisal registration summary table.
Fourth, others.
The health bureaus (commissions) of all districts and cities are requested to arrange the registration points, organize the declaration work in strict accordance with the requirements of the documents, and ensure the coverage of the city's jurisdiction. After the registration, each registration point will summarize the registration information and report it to our center, and our center will report it to the talent exchange center of the National Health Planning Commission after review. Provincial units register in our center.
