Temporary id card within the validity period is valid identification. To apply for a health certificate, pay attention to an empty stomach and don't eat for examination. Don't exercise excessively or drink alcohol for three days before the examination. The health certificate stipulates that the holder shall have a health examination once a year.
The process of handling health certificate is:
1, bring your ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth, get the medical examination form, paste the photos, and fill in the basic information such as name and gender;
2. Laboratory blood collection and stool anal swab test;
3, internal and surgical routine physical examination;
4, X-ray chest X-ray;
5. Complete all physical examination items.
To sum up, if a citizen urgently needs to use a resident identity card during the application, renewal and replacement, he can apply for a temporary resident identity card, and the public security organ shall handle it in time according to the regulations. When a citizen goes through the formalities of permanent residence transfer, the public security organ shall record the change of the address of the permanent residence of the citizen in the machine-readable item of the resident ID card and inform it.
Article 12
The public security organ shall, in accordance with the provisions, apply for the collection, renewal and replacement of resident identity cards. The public security organ shall issue resident identity cards within 60 days from the date when citizens submit the registration form of resident identity cards; In areas with inconvenient transportation, the processing time may be appropriately extended, but the extension time shall not exceed thirty days.
