It is important to keep healthy, because without a healthy body, people can hardly do anything. I think there are several ways to stay healthy. Secondly, we should have good habits, for example, don't stay up late because we have enough sleep, wash our hands in time, brush our teeth at least twice a day, drink enough water, don't smoke and so on. Last but not least, it is very important to laugh every day.
