3. Online transcoding: Open the "Zheng Hao Office" APP→ Epidemic Service Area → Zhengzhou entry personnel apply for transcoding, and personally promise to upload two negative reports of nucleic acid testing as required.
You can also open Alipay → Henan Health Code → transcoding registration of health code → transcoding application for personnel entering Henan Province → completing two inspections in three days from other provinces, and personally promise to upload two negative reports of nucleic acid testing as required. After receiving the application, the system will transcode if it meets the requirements.
Zhengzhou opened a dedicated channel for transcoding misjudged personnel in the system.
Those who are not out of the province but are assigned yellow codes may apply for decoding through the following channels:
1. Manual transcoding: provide a copy of personal health commitment letter and itinerary code, and apply for transcoding in the residential area. After receiving the application, the community will strictly review its personal situation and transcode immediately if it meets the requirements.
2. Online transcoding: Open the "Zheng Hao Office" APP→ Epidemic Service Area → Zhengzhou personnel entering Henan to apply for transcoding, make personal commitments as required and upload screenshots of travel codes. After receiving the application, the system will transcode those who meet the requirements.
