Legal analysis: international health certificate, also known as international travel health inspection certificate. Those who study abroad, pursue advanced studies, engage in business, technical cooperation, visit relatives, provide labor services and emigrate (settle abroad) must go to the local international travel health care center for health examination, vaccination or international travel health care consultation. After passing the health examination, you need to issue the International Travel Health Certificate and the International Travel Vaccination Certificate before leaving the country, and take them with you for inspection.

Article 15 The frontier health and quarantine office shall monitor the entry and exit persons for infectious diseases and take necessary preventive and control measures.
Article 16 The frontier health and quarantine office has the right to require entry-exit personnel to fill out health declaration cards and produce vaccination certificates, health certificates or other relevant certificates of certain infectious diseases.
