The concept of health

Health is a good state of physical, psychological and social adaptation.

Physical health: refers to a person's physical health, that is, the intact state of physiological functions.

Mental health: it is an important part of health, and it is a perfect state of rational cognition, emotional stability, proper behavior and harmonious interpersonal relationship in order to adapt to changes in the process of human growth and development.

Social factors are closely related to the health and diseases of individuals and groups. Negative emotions, negative cognitive or thinking patterns, bad personality and lifestyle are important pathogenic factors of psychosomatic diseases and chronic diseases. In terms of social factors, excessive economic and work pressure, interpersonal conflicts, family disharmony, bad eating habits and violent social unrest may all be important reasons for the onset.
