1. Restart the phone and open the required software again.
2. If it is invalid, set-find "Application Manager"-(All)-find the name of the software that cannot be opened-(Save)-clear the data.
3. Update the mobile phone system version: Settings-About the mobile phone (about the device)-Download the update manually/automatically (software update/system update-update). Note: Please back up the data in the device before upgrading.
4. If it is the latest version, please back up the data in the mobile phone, and then try to restore the factory settings.
