How does diabetes keep healthy?

This is not medical advice, but I have experience in using the following methods to help diabetic or pre-diabetic patients:

1.? I assume you have a blood glucose meter. If not, buy one. In order to determine whether you are taking any measures, please wake up before eating and record the readings for one week between 1-2 hours after eating. Ideally, your reading should be between 70- 100 when you are awake (on an empty stomach) and below1-30 two hours after meals.

2.? Eliminate the following substances from the diet:

A) All sugar or added sugar in the product. B) All sweet juices and smoothies, even natural juices, although you can still eat fruits in moderation. C) white flour and white bread. D) All artificial sweeteners, including aspartame/peanut candy, sucralose /Splenda and acesulfame K..

Editor: I forgot to mention that the following sweeteners are ok, but since no sugar is complete sugar, you need to experiment to see what benefits they have for you and how delicious they are. For example, I think stevia rebaudiana is disgusting in coffee, but it tastes good to get some dust on berries or add some monk fruit to baked goods. You can try the following sweeteners: Stevia rebaudiana, Monk Fruit and Raspberry combined with something sour, such as lemon.

3.? Add more or any of the following to your diet: a) Many green vegetables and leafy vegetables. B) All organic foods, including seeds, nuts, especially raw nuts and seeds, and whole grains or germinated grains. C) Healthy oil and wild salmon (if possible).

4.? Take part in some sports or regular exercises that you like and will stick to. More importantly, this is a normal thing.

5.? If you don't have the following supplements, please add them in your daily work: a) panthenol b) all kinds of good foods, such as organic substances in the garden of life. C) natural factor WellBetRx diabetes formula d) good vitamin d. E) whole fish oil, such as Wholemega. F) Trans resveratrol or resveratrol prepared by brand.

6.? Also consider the following supplements: a) palmitoyl ethanolamide. B) four-corner Cissus, with the trademark Cissus Pro.

With a blood glucose meter, you can make some or all of the above changes and see if it helps after a week.

Basically, it is diet and exercise, but the above supplements can also really help you by increasing the diet.
