④ Healthy and nutritious breakfast (the body is the carrier of the soul)

I persisted in the three-pulse purification and the empowerment of heaven and earth for 30 days. Although I lost weight, I only made three groups of 90 beats in the morning and stopped doing it in the afternoon and evening. I didn't meditate with my body, because I was a little resistant and paused first (reactive thoughts will come out when my body is uncomfortable). I didn't feel anything at first, but my feelings changed obviously after 30 days. In the past, the chest hunchback was extremely serious, the cervical vertebra was very tired and dizzy, and the back was still very thick. Recently, I feel strong in my back and support my spine. The cervical spine has also become relaxed, and I am full of energy every morning. When friends around me saw me, they all said that I had a good back recently! It's not just my own feelings, it's really changed. It's especially good to see a good change and be praised. Next, I will insist on doing my homework more, and meditation is slowly catching up. Talk to the body. It would be better to go to bed early. ¬)

1, people with bad luck always point the finger at others. If you want to change your destiny, you should start from yourself, look inward, and constantly review the stories you wrote. Everything comes from yourself, bravely assume your own responsibilities and master your own happiness ability.

2, the correct thinking ability also needs to be practiced, just like going to the gym to practice muscles, through constant practice, always remind yourself where things come from? Once you confirm, clearly understand that things really come from you. Then there is a solution to the problem.

3. Temporarily let go of the anxiety and many problems encountered during the practice, and don't pay too much attention to the problems, so that the attention will not be focused on the problems, and there will be conflicts and discomfort caused by different frequencies. Only when you calm down, all the answers are in your heart. Don't rely on anyone, even a teacher, to tell you what to do. You still have to rely on your own exploration, your own discovery and your own wisdom to activate your own exploration.
