Candidates who meet the following conditions need to provide corresponding supporting materials to apply for a refund.
1. Longjiang health code is not a "green code" candidate.
Proof: Screenshot of the candidate's own Longjiang health code.
2. Candidates who are unable to take the exam on the day or the day before the exam are in compulsory isolation, medical observation, home isolation and home health monitoring.
Proof materials: ① Screenshot of the candidate's "health code" or "Longjiang health code"; ② Screenshot of the candidate's Communication Big Data Travel Card; (3) The isolation control certificate issued by the disease control department or community showing the candidate's name and isolation time (the certificate shall be stamped with the official seal of the issuing unit).
3. The examinee is a student, who failed to take the exam because of the school's epidemic prevention management measures.
Proof materials: ① the photo of the candidate's "student ID card" (the candidate's name and school page must be displayed); ② materials such as epidemic prevention management documents issued by the school; 3. Candidates tell themselves and affix the official seal of the school.
4. Candidates who are unable to take the exam because they are in a high-risk area and have to accept local control measures when going to the test center.
