Irregular menstruation is also a common ailment for women, which has a certain relationship with insufficient exercise. Once lack of exercise, it will lead to deficiency of qi and blood, resulting in congestion and thrombosis in our body. In the long run, it may cause irregular menstruation, which is a headache for girls.
