The steps of antigen detection are as follows:
1, sample collection
Wipe your nose with toilet paper before collecting samples, and then disassemble the nose swab. Don't touch the swab head with your hands. Raise your head slightly, hold the tail of the cotton swab in your hand, stick the cotton swab on one nostril, extend it into 1- 1.5 cm along the nasal passage, then rotate it around the nasal cavity for at least 4 times, stay in the nasal cavity for at least 15 seconds, and repeat the operation with the same cotton swab in the other nasal cavity.
2. Sample treatment
Immediately put the nasal swab of the collected sample into the sampling tube. The swab head must be rotated and mixed evenly in the preservation solution for at least 30 seconds, and the sampling tube should be squeezed by hand with the swab head for at least 5 times. Squeeze the cotton swab head through the sampling tube by hand, and then discard the cotton swab.
3. Sample detection
After closing the cover of the sampling tube, drop the liquid vertically into the sample hole of the detection card. Wait about ten minutes, and you can judge the result according to the instructions.
Negative result: a red or purple band is displayed at the "C" of the test card, and if no band is displayed at the "T", the result is negative.
Positive result: both "C" and "T" of the test card show red or purplish red stripes, and the stripe color at "T" is positive regardless of the depth.
Invalid result: No red or purple stripes are displayed at the "C" of the test card, regardless of whether the stripes are displayed at the "T", it is regarded as an invalid result.
