Quickly check the latest epidemic prevention policies in various places, formulate travel strategies in advance, and plan travel scientifically. Know the scenic spots in advance and try to choose well-ventilated scenic spots. Make an appointment online in advance, avoid the peak hours of scenic spots and travel at the wrong peak. Before going out, prepare enough masks, detergents, paper towels and other things needed during the trip, and also prepare some hand-free disinfectants, which can be used to clean hands without hand washing equipment.

2. Be well protected when traveling.

Personal protection should be done throughout the process. It is suggested that you always wear a mask when you take public transportation such as trains, high-speed trains, airplanes and long-distance buses, and try to reduce the frequency and time of taking off your mask on the way; It is recommended to wear masks correctly in closed places, crowded people and close contact with others. Try to keep a distance of more than 1 m from others. Pay attention to etiquette when coughing and sneezing, and use paper towels and elbows as a cover.

When entering the scenic spot at the wrong peak, try not to go to crowded places with poor air circulation. Cooperate with temperature measurement, health code inspection and active code scanning in public places such as scenic spots; Don't spit or throw rubbish at the scenic spots. Used masks should be tied or packed in garbage bags and thrown into the trash can.

It is recommended to choose hotels with good sanitary conditions and perfect ventilation facilities. After check-in, it is recommended to open the window frequently for ventilation. When entering or leaving the hotel, try to avoid direct contact with the surface of objects in public areas such as stair handrails, railings and elevator buttons. After returning to the hotel from public places, the first thing to do is to wash your hands thoroughly. Pay attention to hygiene when going to the toilet and cover the toilet board before flushing to avoid spreading the virus.

Pay attention to food hygiene during the trip. During the trip, it is recommended to give priority to the dining system and buffet, and keep a proper distance from other dining passengers. Do not eat uncooked food, milk without high-temperature disinfection, raw vegetables, drink raw water, and refuse to eat food purchased through informal channels such as wild animals.

Reduce unnecessary parties. It is not appropriate to hold or attend a large number of dinners, avoid gathering in confined spaces, keep the activity time as short as possible, and pay attention to opening windows and ventilation. Participants should do personal protection and keep a safe distance from others. It is suggested to use common spoons and chopsticks for dinner to reduce cross-infection and prevent sick meals.

Advocate non-cash payment. Travel advice is to use mobile phone online payment or code scanning payment as much as possible, and minimize cash payment. It is suggested to save shopping receipts, scenic spot tickets and traffic records as much as possible. Once an epidemic occurs, it is helpful to determine whether it is related to places and people related to the epidemic at the first time, and it is helpful to do a good job of prevention and control quickly.

3. Do a good job of health monitoring after you come back.

Do a good job of self-health monitoring 14 days after returning home. Pay close attention to the physical condition of yourself and your family when you come back from going out. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of sense of smell and taste, you should seek medical treatment immediately, wear a mask all the way and avoid taking public transport.

Pay close attention to the epidemic situation. After returning, if you find that you have been to the local high-risk areas and cities with epidemic reports in the past 14 days, and you share the same transportation or have overlapping activities with the positive population, please take the initiative to report to the community and cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control measures. See the figure below for specific prevention and control measures.

"Four Ones" health management refers to issuing health notices, conducting health inquiries, checking health codes and conducting nucleic acid detection.

For the health of you and your family, I suggest you take the initiative to carry out nucleic acid testing after you come back from other provinces.
