I. General requirements
Advocate "don't leave (enter) school unless necessary", make an appointment in advance, ensure detailed action information, and implement safety protection measures.
Second, the reason for application
(1) Reasons for leaving school: medical treatment, internship, application, examination, training, going home, business and other study and life reasons.
(2) reasons for admission: reasons for study and life, such as going back to school to stay, attending classes or studying, taking exams or defending, participating in activities, seeking medical treatment, doing business, etc.
Third, the handling process
(1) Students who temporarily enter the campus on the same day will be changed from the examination and approval system to the filing system. Students generally choose the rules, status and reasons for entering and leaving the school in advance 1 day, fill in all the information in detail to complete the filing procedures, and then enter (leave) the east gate, west gate or small north gate of Zhixing District through face recognition.
(two) the extension of residential students to return to school, residential students leave Beijing or spend the night outside the school, still need to go through the examination and approval procedures. Students must go through the leave formalities in advance (fill in the full-time student leave application form and complete all the examination and approval procedures), choose the rules, status and reasons for entering and leaving the school at least 1 day in advance, and fill in all the information; With the approval of the college, students can enter (leave) the east gate, west gate or small north gate of Zhixing District through face recognition. When filling in the back-to-school information, you should submit the "Beijing Health Treasure Green Code" and off-campus experience information in the system (if you postpone back-to-school, you should fill in the experience information within 14 days), and you should cancel your leave at the college (college) in time after returning to school. For students who have not been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine to leave Beijing or spend the night outside the school, the college (hospital) should strictly examine and approve their applications.
Fourth, matters needing attention
(1) Do not go to high-risk areas, such as going to high-risk areas or upgrading epidemic prevention and control measures, and do not return to school to suspend return to school. Those who have returned to school should carry out flow adjustment and health monitoring as required. Entry students can only return to school after strictly implementing the "14+7+7" health management measures for returned overseas students in Beijing.
(two) the information must be realistic, honest and trustworthy, and there must be no falsehood, concealment or other fraud. Reasons for entering and leaving the school (including destination (place of departure), route of action, means of transportation, specific time of entering and leaving the school, etc.). ) must be true, complete and accurate; Do a good job of personal health protection outside school, wear masks scientifically, and comply with the epidemic prevention and control requirements of relevant regions and places; You should return to school (leave school) immediately after dealing with relevant affairs on the same day.
(3) Students who stay in Beiyuan and other students who can enter Beiyuan can leave or enter the school directly from the south gate of Beiyuan after filing or examination and approval procedures; When going to the main campus every day, face recognition should be completed at the south gate of Beiyuan and the small north gate of Zhixing District, with an interval of no more than 5 minutes. Those who enter and leave the school from Beiyuan without filing or approval, or exceed the interval between Beiyuan and the main campus without justifiable reasons, shall be punished according to discipline.
(four) there are dormitory beds in the school, and students who voluntarily stay outside the school should do a good job in off-campus accommodation; If you need to go back to the dormitory for rest or temporary residence due to special circumstances after entering the school, you should explain the reasons and the time of entering and leaving the apartment building in detail when filling in the reservation information, and report to the dormitory director, class teacher and counselor in advance.
