Question 2: Which brand is better, grape seed Switzerland, health care or Noelle? The content in Switzerland is 14250MG, while the content in health care is only 12000MG. Swisse has a good reputation.
Question 3: What is the difference between Thompson vitamin C and Nutrilite vc? This is not a prescription drug. There should be no difference as long as it is produced regularly and the formula meets the national hygiene standards. See if there is any difference in vc content. Do you like the smell?
Question 4: New Zealand Thompson evening primrose oil is similar to Australian evening primrose oil. I found an article that you can read.
Thompson in New Zealand would be better. Personally, I think it is better to eat less animal fat! Take fish oil and soft phospholipids, and good propolis will be better! You can ask me any questions about medicine and food! What those teachers said is unreliable!
A reader left me a message saying that his wife was obsessed with evening primrose oil and asked a friend to bring it back from America, saying that it was also highly respected in America. This reader is a little puzzled: his wife has been eating it for half a year and has not seen any "effect". What's good about this thing?
Evening primrose is a kind of plant with yellow flowers at night, which has attracted people's attention very early. In Europe and America, evening primrose oil has a long history and is usually used to treat eczema, anti-inflammation, menopausal symptoms, premenstrual syndrome and so on. In modern times, it is still used to treat cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, asthma and even cancer.
However, in the United States, it is sold under the name of "dietary supplement". In other words, there is no need for audit and certification. As long as no one suffers immediate losses, the competent authorities will not ask. However, it can't claim to cure any diseases ―― if those functions claimed in China appear in the United States, the manufacturer will be investigated.
Evening primrose oil is mainly composed of linoleic acid and γ linolenic acid. Both of them are polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are healthier than animal oil from the perspective of edible oil. However, linoleic acid is not uncommon, and it is contained in many vegetable oils, such as soybean oil, accounting for about half. The content of evening primrose oil is high, but the human body can only distinguish the total intake, but can't distinguish what oil it comes from. Therefore, considering the vegetable oil used in normal diet, linoleic acid in evening primrose oil is meaningless.
Many health care functions take gamma linolenic acid as an example. There is not much research on γ linolenic acid, and many functional descriptions are based on "speculation" rather than scientific data. The quality of some sporadic experiments is not high, which can't explain any problems. For example, a study used it to treat pancreatic cancer, which was a controlled trial of more than 40 people. The conclusion is that patients injected with γ linolenic acid live longer. However, a subsequent experiment with more than 200 people did not have such an effect. Generally speaking, other experimental studies of γ -linolenic acid on health have not exceeded this quality, so we can't judge whether it is "useful" or "useless" on this basis.
Many people like to say that a single component has no effect, and it is impossible to deny the "overall effect" formed by multiple components ―― logically speaking, this is of course correct, but it must be proved through scientific experiments, and "possibility" cannot be taken as a fact. So far, there are many studies on skin symptoms such as eczema, and some of the results show that it is "effective". The American Library of Medicine and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) concluded that "there is good evidence to support this use", but at the same time pointed out that "large-scale, well-designed experiments are needed to verify before making strong recommendations". The use of evening primrose oil has been approved in Britain before. After years of discussion, it was considered that the evidence of validity was insufficient and it was cancelled in 2003.
Other aspects of "efficacy" include 20 items reported in literature, which are often used by manufacturers to publicize "what the research shows". However, these documents actually only show that "someone has studied this effect" and do not show "this effect exists" at all. According to the literature summary of American Medical Library and National Institutes of Health (NIH), evening primrose oil has "no evidence to show its effectiveness" in treating cancer, diabetes, weight loss and osteoporosis. Used for asthma, cardiovascular diseases, menopausal symptoms, premenstrual syndrome, etc. There is "considerable evidence" showing "no effect".
Evening primrose oil is a kind of vegetable oil after all. There are other vegetable oils on the market that claim to have "magical functions". Judging from the composition of fatty acids, they may indeed be quite good edible oils. Generally speaking, no exact cases of problems caused by eating it have been found-this is the basis of their widespread sales. If the original intention is to "believe" that they have "miraculous effects that science has not yet discovered (confirmed)" and have a solid economic foundation, it doesn't matter as a kind of "luxury consumption". But as consumers, we should understand that those "miraculous effects" are not supported by scientific evidence.

Question 5: New Zealand grape seed swisse is a good brand.
Question 6: What health care products are worth buying in Australia? Famous brands include Thompson's/ Thompson, Nutra-Life/ Nutra, Good Health/Good Health, Swisse, Blackmores/ Ogilvy, Go Healthy and Nature's Way. There are different ones under each brand. The famous ones are cranberries and celery seeds, depending on which one you need.
Question 7: Old people eat: Jieziling plus calcium tablets, fish oil plus lecithin plus coenzyme Q 10. Is it okay to eat like this every day? Do you want to increase or decrease it? Be mentally prepared. If it is not a long-term rheumatism problem, the joint pain of the elderly is mostly a degenerative disease, and the joint spirit can be eaten, but the analgesic effect is not necessarily good. It is recommended to use MSM joint painkillers to relieve pain. It must be clear that it is difficult to greatly improve the joint pain of the elderly only by using joint spirit or vitamin amino sugar health care products.
Calcium tablets can't be eaten after buying calcium tablets. It depends on what type of calcium the elderly are suitable for. The gastric acid secretion of the elderly is usually not very good, and inorganic calcium is basically not absorbed, so calcium citrate can only be chosen. I know you bought healthy liquid calcium? Or ultra-high calcium tablets? If it is liquid calcium, it is wrong. Only ultra-high calcium tablets are calcium citrate and liquid calcium is calcium carbonate, which is not suitable for the elderly.
Fish oil does contain lecithin, but healthy fish oil is very common. Next time, it is better to use healthy krill oil instead of fish oil, because it is also helpful for the secretion of joint fluid. Thompson's lecithin content is not high, and eating lecithin according to the standard is far from enough. If the content is not high, it is almost useless. Next time, choose lecithin from Niu Le. I remember it was 1500mg, but it seems that Niu Le only had 1200mg.
Coenzyme Q 10 is only helpful for heart failure caused by myocardial cell injury, and other heart problems are not directional. However, coenzyme Q 10 is also good as an antioxidant for the elderly. Nutrilite's coenzyme Q 10 should be 150mg. Now the standard is 300mg. Remember to change it to Thompson's 300mg coenzyme Q 10 next time.
I ate a little too much. It is suggested to remove calcium tablets and Q 10.
