1, firmly establish a correct concept of home-school contact, strive to reverse the bad tendency of "simple telephone contact" and complaining to parents in home-school contact, and earnestly strive to improve the quality of home-school contact.

2, take the initiative to get in touch with parents, and use the right channels, adopt the right way, realistically inform parents about students' study and life at school, so as to be fair and just, and shall not make false reports or conceal them.

3, the school to carry out major activities to inform parents in a timely manner.

4. All teachers should contact their parents through home visits and telephone interviews. Timely provide students with the learning situation and development trend at school.

5. Organize a parent-teacher meeting on the parents' open day every semester, so that parents can truly understand their children's study and life at school. Before the parent-teacher conference is organized, the head teacher should make a targeted and feasible class parent-teacher conference plan according to the school plan, and the main teacher should meet and communicate with the parents of the students.

6. Every semester, the school should randomly select at least 30% of the parents of students to conduct questionnaires or discussions to understand their attitudes and views towards the school and teachers.

7. If students suddenly feel unwell or sick at school, they should get in touch with their parents in time and let them come back for treatment. If there is an accident at school, you should contact your parents first and send them to the hospital for treatment in time.

1, home visit form

(1) Home Visit: Teachers use their spare time and rest time to visit students' homes, communicate with parents and get to know each other.

(2) Parents' visit: Parents take the initiative to visit schools or teachers' parents to exchange students' study and life.

(3) Inform parents to visit ("scheduled visit"): Because of something, the school or related teachers inform parents to come to school and communicate with each other.

(4) Telephone interview ("telephone interview"): Teachers communicate with parents on the students' situation by telephone.

2. Classification of home visits

(1) Regular home visits: Class teachers and teachers visit all students in a planned way during the semester to communicate with parents and guide the development of family education.

(2) Key home visits: Class teachers and classroom teachers pay key home visits to students with special types of classes, increase the number of home visits, and strive to help students with special types of families solve problems in education. Special types of students include: students from poor families, students who deviate from the rules, students with learning difficulties, single-parent students, orphans and mentally retarded students.

3, the scope of home visits:

(1) The head teacher's home visit is aimed at the whole class. If you also teach in other classes, you should also make appropriate home visits according to the actual situation.

(2) The main teacher's home visit targets the students in his own class.

4. Content of home visit:

(1) Introduce parents to the actual situation of students at school, including study, life and conduct.

(2) Ask parents about the actual situation of students at home, including self-study, housework, attitude towards parents and elders, etc.

(3) Understand the structure, economic situation, environment and education of students' families.

(4) Guide parents to create a learning environment for students' families.

5. Matters needing attention in home visits:

(1) Before the home visit, make full preparations, define the center of the conversation, and consider the appropriate content of the conversation.

(2) Home visits should proceed from reality and avoid looking at problems in isolation.

(3) In the process of home visits, we should pay attention to equal consultation with parents, be affectionate, reasonable and restrained, be sincere and patient in conversation, form a harmonious atmosphere, and let parents feel the teacher's love and care for students and show their personal style.

(4) During home visits, parents should be guided to carry out family education, and parents should be guided to educate students in a reasonable and guiding way, so as to avoid parents from educating students in a simple and rude way. Analyze students' thoughts, study and life problems with parents, and formulate practical educational methods.

(5) Pay attention to family environment, parents' mood and whether students are present during home visits, and adopt appropriate conversation methods as appropriate. Students or parents may be asked to avoid individual questions.

(6) After the home visit, the home visit teacher should fill in the home visit record in time and truthfully.

(7) Problems found in home visits that need to be solved by the school administration or relevant departments should be reported to the school moral education office at the first time.
