Vegetable selection
Spinach is not recommended for children because oxalic acid may cause minor problems. Celery, rape, water spinach and Chinese cabbage are all good choices.
Fruit selection
Eat less out-of-season fruits, and pears are best avoided before children are 6 months old. You can try carrot water and apple water.
Selection of whole grains
Buckwheat, corn and barley are all rich in cellulose, which helps children digest. Ice cream and cheese should be moderate, and polished rice and carrots should not be eaten too much, otherwise constipation may be aggravated.
Work and rest rules
Children should have a rich and varied diet and drink enough water every day. Eat and sleep on time, so that children's gastric juice can play a better role and food can be digested better. From the 60 th day of the baby, you can start training regular defecation, which helps to form a conditioned reflex of defecation.
Oral hygiene
Bad teeth may make children picky about food, loss of appetite and affect defecation. In addition to teaching children to brush their teeth correctly, they should also take their children to the dentist regularly. Regular inspection is very important.
