Fetal health index

Fetal health index is an important part of pregnancy examination, including urine E3 value, blood E3 value and urine E; C ratio and serum placental prolactin are important indexes to judge fetal health.

Urine E3 value

Greater than or equal to 12mg, or rising continuously: normal; 8 ~ 12 mg or a sudden drop of 30% ~ 50%: placental dysfunction; Less than 8mg: severe placental dysfunction; Less than 4mg: the fetus is dying.

Blood E3 value

The normal lower limit of 36 ~ 4 1 week is 40 nmol/L.

/? E/C ratio

/kloc-above 0/5: normal; 10 ~ 15: warning value; Less than 10: dangerous value.

Serum placental prolactin (hPL)

In the third trimester of pregnancy, the blood hPL of pregnant women is continuously lower than 4mg/L, or suddenly drops by 50%, which is a sign of fetal danger.
