Enter powercfg /batteryreport /output "in the command prompt window.

Open the corresponding folder and double-click to open the battery usage report file.

Under Installed batteries, you can see the factory design capacity and the current fully charged capacity of the battery (that is, how much power can the battery have after it is fully charged? If the computer is used for a long time, it will have a certain degree of loss compared with the factory design capacity).

In recent use, you can see the battery charge and discharge in the last three days (including active and standby).

Finally, pay attention to the final battery life estimation. This is an estimate of battery life.
