What should I do if the physical health data report file is generated abnormally?

Solution to abnormal generation of physical health data report file;

1. Download the new physical test score template and arrange the two templates in the same order.

2. After confirming that the data is correct, copy the grade data in the original template to the Notepad (TXT text document).

3. Re-download the physical examination result template and copy the results in Notepad to the new template.
