Similarities and differences among pollution-free agricultural products, green food and organic food

Pollution-free agricultural products, green food and organic food are different in nature, quality standards and production. Pollution-free agricultural products, green food and organic food are all healthy and safe foods.

First, the nature is different.

1. Pollution-free agricultural products: Pollution-free agricultural products refer to unprocessed or primary processed edible agricultural products whose production environment, production technology and product quality meet the requirements of relevant national standards and specifications, and have been certified and allowed to use the pollution-free agricultural products logo.

2. Green food: Green food refers to pollution-free, safe, high-quality and nutritious food produced according to the principle of sustainable development and approved by specialized agencies.

3. Organic food: Organic food refers to agricultural and sideline products and their processed products that are derived from the organic agricultural production system, produced and processed according to the requirements and corresponding standards of organic agriculture, and certified by legal and independent organic food certification institutions.

Second, the quality standards are different.

1. Pollution-free agricultural products: The quality standards of pollution-free agricultural products refer to domestic general food hygiene standards.

2. Green food: The quality standard of green food refers to the standards of FAO and WHO.

3. Organic food: The quality standards of organic food refer to the basic standards of organic agriculture and product processing of the European Union and the International Organic Movement Union (1POAM).

Third, the production is different.

1. Pollution-free agricultural products: The production of pollution-free agricultural products must comply with the technical regulations of pollution-free agricultural products and use chemical compounds scientifically and reasonably in a good ecological environment.

2. Green food: Green food production is a combination of traditional agricultural technology and modern conventional agricultural technology.

3. Organic food: Organic food production must adopt organic production methods, and it is absolutely forbidden to use chemicals such as pesticides, chemical pigments and preservatives, and genetic engineering technology is not used.
