Kangning Jinyuan is a demonstration project of livable community for the elderly in Tianjin, and also a pilot project of comprehensive reform of the national aged care service industry. Innovate the old-age care mechanism, and integrate three modes of institutional pension, centralized pension and community pension to meet the needs of the elderly.
Kangning Jinyuan is located in Tianjin Health Industry Development Cooperation Demonstration Zone, with a total construction area of over 470,000 square meters, and can serve more than 5,000 elderly people at the same time.
