Design background
Recently, the children in our class are very interested in racqueting, and they often compete for several balls in the classroom in their spare time. However, I found that most children didn't master the essentials of action when shooting the ball in situ, and even some children didn't know how to shoot and control the ball at all. Therefore, in view of children's interest in the ball, I specially designed this activity to let children learn the action of patting the ball and improve their coordination ability.
moving target
1, learn the method and action of one-handed racket in situ.
2, improve the response ability, as well as the coordination and flexibility of action.
3. Develop hand strength and coordination ability of upper and lower limbs.
4, like to participate in sports activities, can experience the happiness of success in the game.
5. Exercise the strength of children's arms and train the coordination and flexibility of movements.
Important and difficult
Key points: the method and action of hitting the ball with one hand in situ
Difficulties: the cultivation and improvement of coordination ability of upper and lower limbs.
Activities to be prepared
1, some balls and paper sticks.
2, tape recorders, music tapes.
Activity process
1, at the beginning.
The children walked into the meeting place one by one by train, played games in front of the mirror and moved all parts of their bodies in relaxed music.
2. Basic part.
(1) The teacher demonstrated the action essentials of hitting the ball in situ: feet apart, hitting the ball with one hand, the batter's fingers open and slightly bent.
(2) Children practice racquet dispersedly, teachers tour to guide, and pay attention to the methods of correcting children's racquet.
(3) Racket Ball Competition: Children listen to the password and start at the same time, and stop reporting their own racket balls.
(4) Ask the children to do more demonstrations, and everyone will applaud while watching.
(5) Game: Lift watermelon.
① Teachers guide children to recall the playing methods and rules of game activities.
(2) Children are divided into two groups (each group serves two sticks and one ball) and stand in two lines at the starting line. At the beginning of the game, the two men held the ends of two sticks in one hand, put the watermelon between the two sticks, lifted the watermelon and moved forward evenly. After reaching the finish line, put down the watermelon and paper stick and run back to the back of the team. The second pair of children saw the first pair of children go to the second line, and then continued. The fast and steady pair was the winner.
3. The last part.
The teacher concluded by leading the children to do relaxation activities and carrying watermelons (balls) back to the classroom together.
Teaching reflection
The whole teaching activity is divided into three parts:
First, the beginning. In soft music, I let my children take me as a mirror, play games in front of the mirror and move all parts of the body to warm up and arouse their interest.
Second, the basic part. I'll demonstrate the action of hitting the ball in situ first, and then let the children practice alone. Correct the mistakes in children's free practice on the spot, then let the children further master the in-situ beat action in the form of competition, then invite more children to demonstrate, and then the children beat together to realize intensive training. Finally, by carrying watermelon games, children can always keep interested and get a proper rest.
Third, the ending part. In the music, let the children slowly relax and return to the static recovery state, and the activity is over.
After the whole teaching activity, I think the main problem lies in my insufficient guidance. The enthusiasm of the children is very high. In the basic part, as soon as the ball is taken out, the children are excited and eager to try. I think, if I have to play again, this link should let the children try boldly and let them shoot freely first. Maybe it would be better to demonstrate the action in front of me. In the activity, the number and form of my praise language are relatively small, which should be improved in the future teaching.
Children are very active in the game. But maybe it's because all the children in our class have played the game of transporting watermelons. I only briefly talk about the requirements of the game, but some children still need my intensive guidance. Obviously, it is very important to guide children correctly in teaching activities. I will pay more attention to this aspect in future teaching and try to do better.
