My diet and health
What do you eat every day? Well, I usually have noodles, eggs and oranges for breakfast. For lunch, I always eat chicken or salad or something. In the evening, I like to eat some vegetables for dinner. At other times, besides pears and bananas, I prefer some fruits. I also like hamburgers and potato chips, but I don't eat them often.
I think my diet is balanced, and I can use these foods to keep healthy. I like to eat healthy food.
