Yuexiu District, one of the downtown areas of Guangzhou, China, is located in the middle of Guangzhou with a total area of 33.8 square kilometers. In 2022, the registered population at the end of Yuexiu District was 1 174300.
Yuexiu District is located in the transition zone between Baiyun Mountain, Shougouling Hilly Area and Pearl River Delta, with criss-crossing rivers and connecting with Waijiang River. It belongs to subtropical monsoon climate, which is warm and hot all year round.
