Third, matters needing attention
1. In order to ensure the consistency of the appointment process and the fairness of the appointment, the HPV vaccine appointment only accepts the "Li Zhe Office" lottery appointment, and does not accept other appointment methods such as telephone appointment, WeChat appointment and on-site appointment.
2.HPV vaccine and other vaccines cannot be vaccinated at the same time. The interval between two vaccines is at least 14 days. If it conflicts with other vaccines, it must be informed in advance and can be kept until the interval comes.
3. If the appointment is successful, those who are in poor health during the vaccination period, those who are preparing for pregnancy or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those who have been vaccinated with other types of HPV vaccines will not be vaccinated, and the number of places will not be reserved. If the above situation exists, it is recommended that you do not make an appointment.
4. After the appointment is successful, the maximum storage time of HPV vaccine is 14 days. Do not vaccinate after the deadline, and do not reserve places.
5. Please fill in the registration information carefully. You will check your name, ID card and SMS information when you are vaccinated. If it is found that something does not meet the requirements, it will not be vaccinated. An ID card can only be reserved successfully once. Reservations can only be made with my real name account. You can't make an appointment, and you can't transfer it after the appointment is successful.
6. Please observe the relevant regulations of the hospital when you come to the site for vaccination. If there are many people during vaccination, please pay attention to order and be considerate of each other!
