Healthy lollipop-free

Most lollipops outside have additives. What if you want to eat them? I make sweet and sour hawthorn lollipops at home, which are handmade without adding. Children especially like them.

Dishes: Hawthorn Lollipop

Ingredients: hawthorn 200g, sugar100g.

Cooking steps:

1. Prepare fresh hawthorn first, then clean it and remove the hawthorn core. Hawthorn ripens in September 9- 10/0 every year, and now fresh-picked hawthorns can be bought in some places. 2. 4. Pour the stirred hawthorn sauce into the pot, add white sugar and cook on low heat. Stir constantly to avoid burning the pot. Cook for 10 minutes or so until the hawthorn sauce is thick.

5. Pour the cooked hawthorn sauce into the glass. Be careful not to burn your hands. It is best to use a glass with a handle. It will be very hot if you pour it directly into the mold. First, pour it into the glass for a transition. ?

6. Then pour it into the lollipop mold. ?

Cooking skills:

1. If you want to make the hawthorn lollipop more delicate, you can filter the cooked hawthorn sauce again, so that the lollipop will be more delicate.

2. When you cook hawthorn sauce, you must stir it constantly with a small fire, because it is easy to paste the pot when it gets thicker.

3. The prepared lollipops will taste better in the refrigerator for a while.

4. If there is no mold, you can put it directly in a bowl and cut it into pieces after solidification. When cleaning hawthorn, if you feel unclean, put a little salt in the water and rub it, so it is easy to clean hawthorn.
