At the same time, the moisture content and size of the board also need to be strictly screened. Particleboard is a kind of particleboard, which is made of sawdust, leftover bits and pieces of wood by spraying glue. The internal structure of particleboard is irregular, and a large number of nails can bite well, so it has good nail holding power.
Second, environmental protection:
Multilayer board is composed of solid wood veneer, with less smearing surface and less glue consumption. Good manufacturers will use some high-cost formaldehyde-free adhesives to produce, which will make the environmental protection grade of multilayer board reach E 1 even E0. So it is very environmentally friendly and healthy. Because the internal structure of particleboard is granular, the amount of glue used will be more than that of multilayer solid wood. In order to reduce the cost, some manufacturers will use some cheap and inferior glue, resulting in a large amount of formaldehyde in particleboard. Therefore, the environmental protection grade of particleboard can only reach E0 grade or even lower.
Third, the price:
Although both materials are environmentally friendly, compared with other boards, the stability is not high, and the solid wood particle board is light in weight. In terms of price, it will be cheaper and more affordable.
