Lhasa is 3650m above sea level, and there will be altitude sickness. Lhasa is located in the southwest of China, in the middle of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, on the north side of the Himalayas, in the valley plain of the middle reaches of the Lhasa River, a tributary of the Yarlung Zangbo River, where the Lhasa River flows and joins the Yarlung Zangbo River in the southern suburbs.
Lhasa is sunny all year round, with little rainfall, no severe cold in winter, no intense heat in summer and a pleasant climate. The annual sunshine time is more than 3000 hours, and it is known as the "Sunshine City". Lhasa is rich in all kinds of resources, which has obvious advantages compared with other cities in China and the autonomous region.
