What problems should be paid attention to without preservatives in single syrup?

1. Simple syrup is generally an aqueous solution of sucrose, containing 85%(g/ml) or 64.7%(g/g) of sucrose and prepared at 25℃.

2. Add1.0ml purified water to solution A, and add1.0ml ethanol solution of ethyl nipagin to solution B (30mg ethyl nipagin per ml) and mix well.

3. Single syrup is a hypertonic solution, which has bacteriostatic effect and is not conducive to the growth and reproduction of bacteria, so there is no need to add preservatives.
