Generally speaking, close contact is referred to as sub-close contact. This kind of people refers to those who have had close contact with close contacts for the first time, such as living, working, dining and entertaining in the same closed environment, but have not taken effective protective measures. Among them, the family members and colleagues of close contacts are the key groups.
According to the relevant regulations, the second close contact person was subjected to centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days. If COVID-19's nucleic acid test results are negative in the first 7 days, and COVID-19's nucleic acid test results are also negative, the close contacts with them should be released from isolation. During the daily health monitoring, it is necessary to reduce mobility and do personal protection when going out. Do not participate in meetings, exhibitions, tours, dinners and other gathering activities. And in principle, do not leave the county (city, district) before the end of daily health monitoring.
Do the families of the second close contacts need to be isolated? Once the second close contact is identified, in addition to isolated observation according to the regulations, the family members living with * * * also need closed-loop management according to the regulations, and are not allowed to participate in any gathering activities. Among them, people living in communities (villages) are generally monitored for 7 days.
The time limit for the above-mentioned home observation, centralized observation and health monitoring shall be calculated from the date of leaving the risk area or the infected persons and close contacts in COVID-19.
When necessary, the disease control department will also determine the control time and scope according to the actual risk situation in the relevant areas, dynamically adjust the control measures, and update the community control measures according to the latest requirements.
How many days do close contacts need medical observation, as follows:
Five days before the symptoms of suspected cases and confirmed cases appear, or five days before the samples of asymptomatic infected persons are collected, epidemiological investigation professionals will judge them as close contacts according to epidemiological investigation results and big data information provided by relevant departments.
According to the relevant provisions of the novel coronavirus Prevention and Control Program (Eighth Edition), close contacts will be subjected to centralized isolation medical observation for 14 days. During this period, nucleic acid detection will be conducted on 1, 4, 7 and 14 days respectively. After the isolation is lifted, daily health monitoring will be carried out for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection will be carried out on the second and seventh days respectively.
4 In the process of life, study, work and diagnosis and treatment, who are the ordinary contacts who have been in contact with suspected cases, confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected people on the same means of transportation such as airplanes, trains and ships, and have been in contact with public places such as shopping malls, farmers' markets, bus stops and subways, but who do not meet the principle of close contact judgment?
For this group of people, disease control experts suggest to register well, inform health risks and minimize aggregation activities. In case of fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), diarrhea and other symptoms, you should seek medical attention in time and take the initiative to inform the contact history.
